Salad

Tabbouleh

Hello everybody, in todays blog post, I will talk about my recent video about tabbouleh! The reason I chose tabbouleh for my video is because it is a unique, traditional, salad from my home country, Lebanon and it tastes amazing!

The ingredients required for the tabbouleh I made in the video (which make it taste so special and delicious!) are:

  • 1/2 cup fine bulgur

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 9 mint leaves

  • 2 cups finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley (from 3 bunches)

  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon seven spices

Mix all those ingredients together evenly, let it stand for about 15 minutes, and you now have a delicious meal!

The video was shot with a Sony Sony a7 III Full-Frame Mirrorless camera, and the lights used were (Day light Kino Flo’s). I spent a lot of time getting the settings right on the camera, my kid helped me by rotating the lemons, and dropping the tomatoes in water, but it was worth it in the end!

Tell me how you guys enjoyed my video, down in the comments below. Thank you for your support!
